- Where we build knowledge and put procurement and financial systems in place together with Myanmar Government Departments and Donors and “work ourselves out of the job” leaving behind functional systems.
- Where we can use our assets and “hands on” approach to conduct baseline studies, context analysis, evaluations and make constructive recommendations to development, cooperation and humanitarian organizations.
This also means that, in certain concrete situations where our business model is not suitable, we will recommend other companies that may be better positioned to help you.
