Working with the Primary Recipient of The Global Fund (GFATM) in Myanmar, IPC provided and supported several web based and hybrid solutions to integrate, process and make sense of the large amount of data generated mostly in Excel^© and PDF files by the procurement and stock management of a 79 Million USD Programme.

In addition, IPC supported day to day Procurement and Supply Chain functions working with both Operational Support and Programme staff; in particular we were responsible for the technical preparation and actual procurement of, among others,: a) a comprehensive health management information system based on DHIS2, b) an Enhanced Outreach Software Application that included data collection via mobile applications; d) the first pharmaceutical incinerators installed in Myanmar win collaboration with the Ministry of Health, e) Improvements to SR lab and warehousing facilities across Myanmar.
